POSITION SUMMARY:
This individual will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the TPO Client Services Team supporting the company’s Correspondent and Wholesale Client Networks. The team will respond to client requests via email or phone. These requests would typically be non-loan related. The team will support the TPO Sales Teams and address client questions. This person would be responsible for leading the Client Services team in supporting the roll out of new loan products, processes, and initiatives.
