The Vice President, Business Development will be responsible for driving sales of institutional retirement plans, within an assigned territory, with tax-exempt and public sector employers, including healthcare, K-12, higher education, government, religious, charitable and other nonprofit organizations. This position will develop relationships with plan sponsor decision-makers, and industry consultants and advisors, who work within target market sectors for AIG Retirement Services (AIGRS). The position requires the candidate to be actively involved in prospecting new clients, reviewing RFP responses, participating in pricing discussions, and leading the finalist presentation team towards a successful outcome.
