We’re looking for an experienced community manager to help build and develop a forum community for a lifestyle brand. As this will be a new community, the candidate will need to have professional experience managing forum communities for brands and be able to speak to best practices and content development. An ideal candidate is endlessly curious and dedicated to creating GREAT experiences for customers and fans alike. Knowledge of DAU, MAU retention, forum integrations, metrics, contests, and community-driving activities are a must, as well as excellent communication and superb detail management skills.

Hours:+ 40 hours a week, 9 am to 5 pm in any of the continental US time zones.

Forum management UI/UX experience Creativity Understanding social media Strong writing skills and reading comprehension Experience with metrics and analytics
