Our client is a busy law firm in Vernon looking for an experienced Lawyer to join their team. The successful candidate will act as Counsel for a variety of real estate transactions including residential conveyances, acquisitions, sales, leasing, and expropriations.

The successful applicant must have at least 3 years of recent legal experience in real estate, a Law degree, and be a member of the Law Society of BC. He or she must be confident in their ability to draft commercial leases, agreements of purchase and sale, easements, and other real estate documents. The candidate must also have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, strong business acumen, and be able to effectively handle challenging situations in a time sensitive environment.
