We are seeking individuals forGENERAL LABORER/FLAGGERpositions in South Carolina. The successful candidates for this role will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence and will have responsibilities that include but are not limited to:

General laborer position to work on road construction projects.

Pushes and pulls asphalt rake to level asphalt to fine grade specifications.

Uses a sledgehammer to drive pins, uses pick and shovel to dig, hooks up trailers, fasten attachments to equipment.

Flagger duties, set up traffic control, places barrels, and cones.

Smooths freshly poured asphalt, shovels asphalt, or other materials.

Mixes mortar mix, bolts, nails, and aligns, and blocks up under forms, measures distances from grade stakes, drives stakes and stretches tight line.

Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Individuals must be dedicated to working safely at all times.

Experience preferred working road construction in high traffic areas.

Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and nights when necessary.

Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus!

Team player, positive attitude, and able to perform a variety of duties without constant supervision.

Able to perform a variety of duties, learn quickly and follow instructions.

Reliable transportation from and to work is a must!
