RETS Associates (www.retsusa.com) has been retained on an exclusive basis by our client, a full-service real estate operating company, for aSenior Property Manager (SPM) role in Walnut Creek, CA. SPM's primary duties include property operations, tenant relations, construction management, reporting and leadership of a team. The ideal candidate will reside in close proximity to Walnut Creek and have previous property management experience with suburban office and garden office type assets. Responsibilities:• On-site Property Management of over multi-building, 400KSF+ office project. Oversight of two industrial assets. Oversight of two industrial assets totaling 200K SF.• Management of office staff personnel (APM, engineers and dayporters).• Manage capital improvements and construction management activities.• Manage tenant relations and tenant receivables.• Handle monthly reporting and annual budget.• Work with outside leasing to facilitate leasing activities as needed. Candidates Must Have:• 7+ years of overall commercial property management experience with experience specifically with office product.• Previously held the title of Property Manager or Senior Property Manager.• Strong written and communication skills.• Ability to work at a high volume, multi-tasking and ability to work in a faced paced environment.• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Yardi.• California Real Estate License preferred.• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
