Job Description

TheSenior Property Manageroversees the operations of a retail property portfolio, and is responsible for achieving superior operational results and financial performance.

Essential Functions:• Supervise the property management staff, as well as, third party vendors• Build and maintain a best-in-class level of service for the property portfolio• Seek to build employee teams and provide training, motivation and direction for superior performance• Serve as point person for the portfolio

Responsibilities:

Resolve all day-to-day property management issues Ensure adherence to the owners’ policies and procedures Maintain personal contact with all tenants and owners Manage financial performance of the portfolio Conduct routine property inspections Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and governmental agency directives Prepare annual third party operating and capital budgets Coordinate real estate tax review process for assignment Ensure all Stream best practices are implemented and followed Adhere to Stream property management annual audit Properly staff the portfolio Complete semi-annual and annual employee performance reviews and regularly communicate employee performance expectations and achievement for all property management team members All other duties associated with the day-to-day operation of a building portfolio Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering Architecture, Planning or related field• 5-7+ years property management experience with significant supervisory responsibility• CPM, RPA designation (or in progress)• Detail oriented, analytical and computer literate (experience w/Yardi or MRI)• Strong communication skills
