General Description: The Site Manager will collaborate with the Operations Manager to manage and maintain the assigned facility. Achieve Quality of Care and Revenue goals. Execute growth through talent development, planning, coordination, and oversight of Community Based Services and Education Programs. Primary Responsibilities Understand and Demonstrate the Mission, Vision and SHARED values Achieve Revenue goals by managing cost of services (mileage, labor, expenses) while offering positive productive, trauma-informed care for clients. Understand day to day operations and execute aligning with strategic framework. Make Safety of Clients and Staff a top priority and ensure all policies are reviewed and inspected for compliance (i.e. COVID and flu guidelines, etc.) Perform all duties of the Service Specialist on an as needed basis. Ensure timely completion of incident reports. Provide consistent, effective communication, as required (includes clients, client families and teams, referral sources, counties, schools, leadership team and outside collaborators) Record client attendance on attendance tracker Support Director with contracts for all Education clients (inputting data, tracking updates, reporting for billing, QA, and overall functionality, etc.) Maintain and create schedule to align with client and program needs. Scheduling service specialists use of Company Vehicles. Being Mindful of Service Specialists Availability Plan and communicate schedule of transports daily and support with transports as needed Schedule employees for Manager on Duty Responsibilities each month and ensure each is properly trained and held accountable to perform Duties Checklist of Manager on Duty Maintain daily check in documentation. Other Responsibilities Assure timely completion of all staff documentation/client notes. Assist with transportation of clients as needed. Maintain Program Budget Attend Admin meetings and staff supervision for Education and CBS. Manage Cost of program - Mileage, Overtime, Expenses Daily assignments of Clients to Staff Supply programming options to support completion of 8 ingredient worksheets. Collection, Tracking and submission of 8 Ingredient Worksheets to Director of Logistics Support the collection and audit of Employee Time Records Collaborative Work Observe quality of care standards and offer feedback for performance discussions (Director of Programs and Services/ Director of Talent) Take directive to implement or create day-to-day client programming (Engagement Coordinator, Education Specialist, Clinical Team) Ensure clients are meeting individual goals (Service Specialists/Clinical Team) Implement solutions/updates, when possible, based on staff/client/team feedback and suggestions (Director of Program and Services, Engagement Coordinator and Clinical Team) Embrace training and development programs and review key learnings with team members to increase productivity (Director of Talent) Cultivate and promote a workplace grounded in our cultural pillars, by building programs and crafting experiences that will make employees, respite and foster parents feel valued and part of the big picture. Collaborate with Engagement Coordinator to execute Employee Recognition Programs and execute strategies to drive the right behaviors and conduct Holiday Celebrations, Company Celebrations and Team Building Events Required Skills, knowledge, and abilities Candidates must come with fire and harbor a passion for healing children and families – ‘They have the Fire’ Candidates have a high level of determination and commitment to Advocates Mission, Vision, Values – ‘The Want it’ Candidates have the ability to convey Unconditional Positive Regard to all Advocates clients – ‘they Get It’ General knowledge of safety, communication, and conflict resolution General knowledge of children, adolescents, and mental health Ability to represent Advocates in the community when the opportunity presents itself. Support of the program and clients with flexibility and teamwork Ability to self-direct when needed, to recognize and act on needs of the client/program. Ability to develop solid, healthy, healing relationships with Care Givers, Counties, Clients, Coworkers, Customers and Foster Parents Experiences and Qualifications Experience with at-hope population Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand and/or move for long period of time Pass all background checks. High School Diploma 3-5 years’ experience managing people or teams.
