Job Description

Cintas is seeking an Office Support - First Aid and Safety to support numerous office functions. Responsibilities include accounts receivable, accounts payable, data entry, receptionist, faxing, filing, photocopying, managing incoming and outgoing mail and creating letters, memos and proposals. All work will be done in person or via phone and email. Position involves daily interaction with other office support positions, managers, service representatives/route drivers and customers.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

High School Diploma/GED Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet Administrative experience, preferably in a similar environment Experience answering phones and transferring calls Experience with data entry, proofreading and editing documents Basic language and communication skills in speaking and understanding English
