The Provider Community Coordinator is responsible for developing, marketing, driving awareness of, and encouraging engagement with, the AllWays Health Partners Provider community. The Provider Community Coordinator will serve as a key resource to enhance the digital provider experience by:• Developing special interest communities• Encouraging Provider/Administrator involvement• Moderating/Engaging in conversations with members of the community when needed• Working with Provider Communications to devise engagement strategies and develop rich, relevant content• Creating a sense of community within AllWays Health Partners’ Provider network
Community Development and Management• Work across specialty groups to drive awareness of the AllWays Health Partners brand.• Promote interaction by posting new threads, blogs, and adding new content to the site, and keeping threads alive by answering and asking questions.• Cross-post items of interest across various communities, encouraging dialogue and driving up the broader engagement of the provider experience with AllWays Health Partners
Community Moderator• Act as the community moderator and facilitate knowledge sharing within a community to help members benefit and derive value from their participation.• Ensure that all communications and content in the community are appropriate.• As the Community Moderator the Provider Community Coordinator will: o Review and act on the list of flagged posts and comments in the communityo Review and act on the list of flagged files in the communityo Remove flags directly in the communityo Delete inappropriate posts, comments, messages, and fileso Share relevant and useful information in community postso Encourage members to post and comment on each other’s postso Set an example by their activity in the community via posts and direct engagemento Keep discussions focused, spam-free, and non-controversialo Redirect email conversations to communities when it can benefit other community memberso Establish the community as a reliable source of information and a forum for transparent discussions • Success will be measured by the number of members registered and interactions at weekly intervals. The Provider Community Coordinator will also be held accountable, as part of the larger Virtual Provider Enablement team, for provider retention and satisfaction (as measured by year over year provider network retainment).
Provider Account Support• Work with Senior Provider Network Account Executives to develop account-level subject matter expertise in order to begin supporting specific providers / provider systems.• Create and foster community engagement, while developing deep understanding of key provider systems with an eye to supporting Network Account Services.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort
• Work is normally performed in a typical office work environment.
Knowledge and EducationRequired: • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of training and experience, plus 3+ years of related experience.• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare and insurance industries• Solid understanding of the business use of data and various software applications Preferred/Desired: • Project management training
ExperienceRequired: • 3+ years in managed care industry professional experience• Hands-on responsibility for report compilation, formatting, and production• Experience auditing and analyzing complex data sets Preferred/Desired: • 1 – 3 years coordinating a program or projects in a cross functional environment.• Experience leading and facilitating discussions with internal and external colleagues
