This position will report directly to the Managing Partner and assist in all aspects of the acquisition, financing and ongoing monitoring of national commercial real estate investments. This position presents an opportunity for growth and high earning potential for the right candidate.


Support and prepare documents related to commercial real estate acquisitions and financings including due diligence, research, structuring and compliance

Manage investment entity formations and monitor filings Manage document files and data Performing other administrative duties as assigned


5+ years of legal or CRE business experience working with contracts and legal documents

Paralegal experience and Notary Public commission highly desired

Experience creating presentations and knowledge of, or ability to learn, graphics programs

Strong technological skills including proficiency in current business software

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Inherent attention to detail
