Job Description

We are seeking multiple Customer Success Managers to maintain customer relationships for this upcoming Spring Season!

Multiple regions are available location is very flexible!

As a key member of the Customer Success Team, your mission will be to serve as the primary point of contact for in-season questions, ranging from; grasp their farming practices, technical requirements, and partner with them to ensure successful implementation and a long-lasting relationship. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, creative thinker, and great communicator that can help drive customer value and return on investment. In addition, you will utilize your good working knowledge of remote sensing, GIS, and machinery expertise to be the go-to person in your assigned region.

Day to Day

Manage all post-sales activity through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning, and execution.

Own each segment of the customer success journey

  • Phase 1:
  • Installation, training the grower, determining and risk tolerance for limiters.
  • Phase 2:
  • Monitor data, assure system is working appropriately, frequent field visits, and discussing results in-season with the grower.
  • Phase 3:
  • Post-harvest sit down and review total ROI. Learn of strengths and weaknesses the grower needs from us and our system to improve for next season.

Expectations

· Drive early success for new users by ensuring a positive start to their customer journey through activities such as training, installation, setup, and early data validation.

· Continue to learn and deliver new features you believe are applicable to each grower’s operation by gaining a deep grasp of our core product line.

· Operate as the customer advocate and provide internal feedback on how we can drive continuous improvement to serve our growers.

· Ensure customer engagement and retention by proactively guiding regular meetings, tracking accounts with churn risk, and work proactively to ensure contract renewal.

· Provide excellent customer experience, ensure successful delivery of our services, and produce timely solutions according to customer needs and goals.

· Communicate consistently with clients throughout the contract life-cycle, escalating important issues where needed.

· Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure we meet our customers’ needs.

· Willing to travel up to 50% of the time within the territory.

Qualifications: Compensation and title for this position will be adjusted to suit your experience and qualifications.

Manager:

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Demonstrated track record of successfully managing customer relationships with 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles.

· Agronomy background / awareness of regional farming practices.

· Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) strong plus

· Advanced knowledge of machinery electronic components (Raven, Trimble, John Deere)

· 2-3 years in GIS, or Remote Sensing a plus

· Passion for Agriculture/AgTech and see the vision of optimizing a grower’s operation

· Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with international teams and customers.

· Proactive work style with strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills and an ability to multitask and prioritize job requirements.

Specialist:

· Associates Degree

· Demonstrated track record of successfully managing customer relationships with 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles.

· Strong knowledge of farm machinery and electronic components

· Familiarity with Agronomy / Regional farming practices are a must.

· Passion for Agriculture/AgTech and see the vision of optimizing a grower’s operation

· Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with international teams and customers.

· Proactive work style with strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills and an ability to multitask and prioritize job requirements.

· Familiarity in GIS, or Remote Sensing a plus.

Representative:

· High School Diploma

· 1-3 years farming background

· Mechanical background

· Working knowledge of farm machinery and practices

· Passion for Agriculture/AgTech and see the vision of optimizing a grower’s operation

· Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with international teams and customers.

· Proactive work style with strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills and an ability to multitask and prioritize job requirements.
