Community Manager, Developer ProgramsThe Developer Programs group is seeking a Community Manager to support our growing and evolving global Developer Circles community of more than +300K developers.As DevC Community Manager, you will maintain and grow our Developer Circles globally.This person must have a highly flexible skill set to juggle a range of tasks, including, but not limited to, creating and optimizing community operations, recruiting and nurturing Circle leads, and coordination and leadership of critical projects.Community management and programs are typically done in collaboration with key stakeholdersin Developer Outreach, Product, Developer Operations, and Education among others.This role requires someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving organization using lightweight processes, creative ideas and quick iteration to make a significant impact.RESPONSIBILITIESWork cross functionally with a variety of teams in a matrixed organization, including Policy, Communications, Product, Marketing and Operations teams to advocate for community needs and deliver on community management goalsManage relationships at scale, including establishing an ongoing cadence of community communication and outreach, and delivering product and marketing messages through online communityDevelopment and execution of processes related to community development initiatives and scalable programsInteract with vendors, partners, company executives and the publicAnalyze programs for effectiveness and conduct post-program reporting and analysisIdentify new community growth and engagement opportunitiesMinimum Qualificationsexperience building technical communities internationally and collaborating with various internal teamsTechnical experience, or demonstrated ability to pick up technology quicklyExperience being proactive, highly organized, and a multi-taskerExperience reacting on the fly in a fast-paced environmentPeople-person who loves interacting with people who use our products and community leadersClear communication skills - both written and verbalSocial media marketing/community engagement experienceExperience defining and tracking goals and outcomes for community programsAttention to detail
