    About the role

    As an Operations Process Specialist you will be responsible for handling a variety of operations tasks to support our customers, such as commission payments, updating licensing and commission agreements, customer mailings, processing disbursements, etc. The position will participate in the development and implementation of new processes and systems to achieve our operational effectiveness goals.

    The ideal candidate will be a self-started with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision, especially from a work from home environment.

    What we’re looking for:

    • Bachelor degree: business, financial, or technical fields
    • 1-2 years of applicable work experience
    • Expert level experience with Excel is highly desired
    • Knowledge of the life insurance industry is preferred but not required
    • Organize and prioritize work with ability to quickly adapt to changes in schedule
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
    • Collaborate with cross functional teams
    • Ability to handle multiple initiatives with competing interests for time and evolving priorities
