    Job Summary

    The GTM Readiness Business Partner is responsible for collaborating across the business to identify, evaluate and scope the enablement, training and communications required to ensure Equinix’s sales and sales support functions have the knowledge and resources to sell value, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and own their business.

    The individual in this role is the liaison between the business and the GTM Readiness team and Sales. The GTM Readiness Business Partner plays a critical role in shaping the GTM Readiness strategy and representing the voice of the field.

    Success in this role hinges on the ability to build strong relationships, apply deep knowledge of the business and sales, apply critical thinking, challenge others to think differently, and be a creative problem solver. The ideal candidate is someone who approaches things with passion and has the curiosity of an investigative reporter and the ability to influence and negotiate like a diplomat.

    This is an individual contributor role, based out of Equinix headquarters in Redwood City, CA.


    • Partner with Product Management, Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, Sales Operations, Commercial Solutions, Partner Programs and Customer Care to proactively identify business initiatives, new products/services, and systems and process changes that impact the sales organization and require GTM readiness/enablement support
    • Identify, assess and validate enablement requests, scoping the implications and call-to-action for Sales, Technical Sales, Sales Operations and Customer Care
    • Create and global GTM readiness plans that outline the required enablement, training and communications to activate Sales, Technical Sales, Sales Operations and Customer Care on the respective business initiative, new product/service, or system and process change and align all stakeholders on the proposed approach
    • Engage GTM Readiness team to collaborate on the creation and delivery of the enablement, training and communications reflected in the GTM readiness plans
    • Manage global GTM Readiness calendar and orchestrate timing of program and content rollouts
    • Represent field perspective and requirements to help shape cross-functional projects and programs that are being designed for the sales organization


    • 10+ years experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or GTM launch management
    • Deep understanding of go-to-market motions, sales process, and quote-to-cash
    • Experience working with global sales organizations, with the ability to think like a salesperson
    • Track record of influencing and aligning different perspectives and creating sponsorship for new approaches
    • Ability to distill large amounts of information and apply critical thinking to identify potential gaps, dependencies, correlations, considerations, and implications
