    What this job involves:

    You will be participating in industry leading projects, delivering Space Data Management to support Space Planning across this high profile Government portfolio.

    Working as part of a team you will meet regularly with the client to communicate portfolio metrics on space data initiatives, benchmarking and accuracy using a leading edge space data management technology.

    Your role includes overseeing data audit programs, implementing best practice processes and maintaining space and people data feeds including a floor plan library. Your communication will be central to your role as you coordinate support for property strategy projects and as well as space data management processes.

    Excellent communication skills are important– both written and spoken - and we'll expect you to work independently, multi-task, and manage your time to meet deadlines. Most importantly, you'll want to work as part of a diverse, supportive and talented team.

    You will have worked in an occupancy/space planning, workplace design, technology management, facilities management or project management role before. You'll be used to working with Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Experience with a CAFM tool and AutoCAD is preferred but not required. Direct use of the Space Data Management software like Serraview or Archibus would be a big plus!
